A  little bit about me

My real name is Luanne Marie Brown.  I was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago Illinois. My Father Billy Ray Brown, he played and sang in a band just about all his adult life. I never really had much of a relationship with him, my parents divorced when I was very young. However, just goes to show, "I've got the music in me". It's a born given gift. 

When I was very young, as young as I can remember, I really started out wanting to dance, at about three. Then before Kindergarden, I started to play piano by ear. I would pick out keys and play songs. My nursery school teacher used to have me at her house playing piano. The first song I started picking out on the piano was "Born Free" Then I found my voice. As I got a little older, about 7 years old, I would sing with Michael Jackson...when he was very young. Then Donny Osmond, then as I grew to teen years, I would sing with,  (and mind you, this was on records , not personally unfortunately) Tanya Tucker, and Dolly Parton. Then getting older as an adult it was practicing the vocals with Minnni Ripperton, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, and Heart. 

   

I raised five children and spent most of my adult life, dreaming of being in a band and being a star one day.  However, I don't think that I would want that life these days. I would love to live like a rock star, but not have the publicity. I sang around the house ALL the time. I didn't get much house work done, but I sure practiced singing allot. 

I now would preffer just to sing in bands once in a while, or to do solo gigs here and there. I, for the time, reside in Lakeland Florida. And also have an interest in maybe from time to time doing a few songs in with some of the bands here as I did in Tallahassee with the Steven Cucinella band from time to time. And I did a few things with the Wailing Wolves as well, and was blessed to be able to sit in with the Gypsy Darlings one night.

At this time, in my personal life, I have a very very wonderful man in my life "Jean-Pierre Beuachemin. An excellent person and one that I can call a soul mate. We plan to marry more than likely this year. That would relocated me to Quebec Canada, in which I am excited to be there with him. I do not  know where my careere will go off to there, but I love to sing, yet, it's not important what becomes of it. My life consists of his world,his daughter Alexandrea and mine! I do hope to be able to record more songs and put them

in here on my website.
